Divine Skin Clinic Terms and Conditions

 

Divine Skin Clinic is a ‘bookings only’ Clinic, appointments may be booked online or via phone or email. Our front door remains locked at all times, this allows us to give full attention to our clients in a safe and peaceful environment.

The following applies from 1 February 2024:

    • $40 booking fee – included as part of the overall cost of your treatment.
    • A minimum of 24hrs notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling your appointment.
    • the booking fee is non-refundable where your appointment is not rescheduled or cancelled within 24hrs.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation text with details of your appointment. If no contact is made within 24hrs, we will assume you’re attending.

To allow for the best treatment and so that all our lovely customers have the same experience, we ask that you arrive on time to your appointment. If you arrive late, we may need to alter the length of your treatment or cancel your booking.

Divine Skin Clinic Store: online and in-person

 

We are committed to providing you with the same easy, accessible and smooth process when purchasing items from our online store as we would in person. All stock purchases are covered by our purchases, refunds and returns policy.

Payment may be made via online transfer, PayPal or cash.

All stock purchases may be collected in-store. Shipping is available Australia wide for a flat-rate fee of $16.50.

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase (proof of purchase required), A refund or exchange will only be offered on products that have not be opened and are still in their original packaging.

Gift vouchers are available for purchase and can only be used in-clinic for treatment or products.

Privacy Policy

Divine Skin Clinic is committed to ensuring all your personal information is secure and kept strictly private and confidential.

We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988. A copy may be obtained from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
